Bills for a fabulous, distinctly Australian breakfast. The Darlinghurst cafe was the original location, founded by famous chef Bill Granger, now with multiple cafes across Sydney and the world. The ricotta hotcakes are hard to go past, super fluffy and filling, topped with honeycomb butter and maple syrup. Overall great food, great coffee, great service and a premium/trendy feel.
